    Open Manage Orders, find the unshipped order, and copy the buyer's address exactly as Amazon provides it.

    Put the 3-digit-7-7 Amazon order ID in the reference field — matches labels to pick lists fast.

    For FBA prep, enter the fulfillment center address

    Use the exact FC address from the shipping plan (LGB8, PHX7, etc.) and put your FBA shipment ID in the reference field.

    Pick the carrier format

    USPS for lightweight FBM orders, UPS Ground for heavy FBA inbound cartons — check Amazon Partnered Carrier rates first.
