By accessing or using the ShippingLabel website and services ("Service") at shippinglabel.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

ShippingLabel provides tools to create, format, and download shipping label documents. Our Service generates formatted label templates based on the information you provide, including sender and recipient addresses, carrier format preferences, and package details.

Important: ShippingLabel is NOT a shipping carrier. We do not sell postage, facilitate shipments, or guarantee delivery. The labels we produce are formatted documents designed to be used with postage purchased separately from your chosen carrier. You are responsible for purchasing appropriate postage and complying with carrier requirements.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service may be used without creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information to keep it current. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

ShippingLabel offers both free and paid tiers of service. The free tier allows a limited number of labels per month at no cost. Paid plans provide additional features, higher limits, and priority support. Pricing, features, and limits for each tier are described on our Pricing page and may change at any time with reasonable notice. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ShippingLabel and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Labels you create using the Service are yours to use for their intended shipping purpose. You retain ownership of the address data and content you input into the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShippingLabel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost shipments, incorrect label formatting, missed deliveries, or any issues arising from the use of labels generated by the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ShippingLabel in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at our contact page at shippinglabel.co/contact. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email to registered users. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
