Open the BigCommerce order
Go to Orders in your BigCommerce control panel. Click the order to see the ship-to address and order details.

Copy the ship-to address
Copy exactly — including company name for B2B orders. Note the order ID for the reference field.

Enter addresses and reference
Paste the ship-to address in the To field, your warehouse address in the From field, and the BigCommerce order ID in the reference.

Select the carrier you'll use for postage. Print on 4×6 thermal for fastest throughput.

Purchase postage through your carrier or third-party. Enter the tracking number in the BigCommerce order to notify the customer and update order status.
