"On FedEx Vehicle for Delivery" means a FedEx driver has the package on their truck and is actively delivering along their route. Most residential FedEx Home Delivery runs 9 AM-8 PM, with evening and weekend delivery available in some areas. FedEx Ground (business addresses) typically delivers before 5 PM.
This is almost always the last tracking update before 'Delivered'. Exceptions: if the driver can't complete delivery (no signature, address issue), you'll see a 'Delivery Exception' status instead.
