Shipping Tips for Photo Prints & Photographs

Always use rigid cardboard mailers (DO NOT BEND mailers) for photo prints — never ship photos in a standard envelope
Place photos in a cellophane sleeve or plastic bag before inserting in the mailer to protect against moisture
For large format prints (16x20 and up), use a tube mailer rather than trying to fit them flat
USPS First Class covers photos under 13 oz (small prints, single photos) for $3.50-$5.50
For original photographs or rare vintage prints, use USPS Priority Mail with insurance equal to the print's value
