How to Void a UPS Shipping Label

UPS allows label voiding within 90 days of purchase — a much longer window than USPS. Void and refund is self-service via ups.com or WorldShip.

Step-by-step

    Log into ups.com

    Sign in and navigate to Shipping → History → My Recent Shipments.

    Select the label

    Find the unused label. UPS lets you void within 90 days of purchase date.

  3. 3

    Click Void / Cancel

    Select 'Void Shipment'. UPS confirms the void. Postage refunds to your account on the next billing cycle.
