How to Void a FedEx Shipping Label

FedEx lets you void (cancel) a shipping label before it's been picked up by FedEx. The process takes under a minute via Ship Manager; refund timing varies.

Step-by-step

    Open FedEx Ship Manager

    Go to fedex.com → Ship → Ship History. Or use the Ship Manager Lite/Premium interface.

    Select the label

    Find the label in your history. Click to open it.

  3. 3

    Cancel the shipment

    Click 'Cancel Shipment' or 'Void'. Confirm. FedEx processes the cancellation.
