How to Reprint a FedEx Shipping Label
FedEx labels can be reprinted from FedEx Ship Manager as long as the label is still active (within its cancellation window). Reprinting doesn't generate a new tracking number or charge extra — it's a regenerated PDF of the same label.
Step-by-step
- 1
Sign into FedEx Ship Manager
Go to fedex.com and log in with the account that created the label. Navigate to Ship → Ship History.
- 2
Find the shipment
Search by tracking number, date range, or recipient. FedEx retains shipment history for an extended period — usually 45-60 days.
- 3
Select Reprint
Click the shipment, then select 'Reprint Label'. A fresh PDF generates with the same tracking number. Print and attach to the package.
Good to know
- •If you created the label via a third-party (ShipStation, Shippo), reprint through that tool — not FedEx Ship Manager.
- •FedEx Ground labels are typically cancelable/reprintable for a longer window than Express labels.
