How to Change Address on a UPS Shipping Label

UPS doesn't allow in-place address edits on existing labels. For unsent labels, void and re-create. For in-transit packages, use UPS Delivery Intercept (for a fee).

Pre-pickup: void and re-create
Go to ups.com → Shipping → History. Void the incorrect label. Create a new label with the correct address. Postage refunds automatically.

In-transit: UPS Delivery Intercept
Use UPS Delivery Intercept at ups.com/mychoice. Fee ~$17 per package to redirect. Must be requested before delivery attempted.

In-transit alternative: Reroute to Access Point
For UPS My Choice members, redirect to a nearby UPS Access Point instead of the original address. Free for My Choice Premium.
