Shipping wine is heavily regulated — USPS does not allow wine shipments at all. You need a licensed shipper account with UPS or FedEx, adult signature on delivery, and state-by-state compliance (some states prohibit direct-to-consumer wine shipments entirely). Shipping Tips for Wine

USPS does NOT ship wine, spirits, or beer — don't even try. Your package will be confiscated
FedEx and UPS require a business account with a 'Contract Shipper' agreement for alcohol
Use molded styrofoam wine shippers — they absorb shock and protect the bottle's integrity
Adult signature (21+) is required on delivery — no exceptions
Check state laws: states like Utah, Delaware, Mississippi, Alabama prohibit direct wine shipments
