How to Print a Shipping Label at FedEx Office

You can have a shipping label printed at FedEx Office in two ways. If you have a QR code — from a retailer's return or one you made in the FedEx Mobile app — show it to a team member and they print the label for you. If you have the label as a PDF in your email, ask the store for its email address, send the label there, and they print it (FedEx says a small fee may apply). At select FedEx Office locations, a Ship and Go kiosk lets you scan the QR code, print the label yourself and drop off a pre-packed parcel without waiting in line.

Step-by-step

    Have your label or QR code ready

    Make the label on fedex.com or in the FedEx Mobile app, or use the label or QR code a retailer sent you. The kiosk can't create a new label — make it in advance.

    Find a FedEx Office that prints

    Search your ZIP code on the FedEx location finder and choose the 'Copy and Print' filter to see stores that offer printing. For a kiosk, look for locations with Ship and Go self-service shipping.

    Pack and seal the package

    Ship and Go is only for pre-packed items, and QR-code returns expect a sealed box. If you need packing, FedEx Office sells packing services and supplies.

    Print the label

    QR code: show it to a team member, or scan it at the kiosk. PDF: email it to the store address a team member gives you, and they print it. Attach the label flat on the largest side of the box.

    Drop it off and keep the receipt

    Hand the package over at the counter, or put it in the kiosk's drop bin and print or email a receipt. Check the drop-off cutoff time shown on the kiosk if you need same-day shipping.

  • •Ship and Go kiosks are at select FedEx Office locations only, accept pre-labeled envelopes and packages for eligible services, and not restricted items such as dangerous goods or alcohol.
  • •If a store emailed you a FedEx QR code for a return, the email lists nearby participating drop-off locations, which can include Walgreens as well as FedEx Office.
  • •No printer at home at all? Make the label in the FedEx Mobile app and choose the QR code — you never need the PDF.
