How to Void (Cancel) a DHL Shipping Label

DHL calls label voiding 'shipment cancellation.' Available via MyDHL+ up until the pickup is completed.

Step-by-step

    Log into MyDHL+

    Go to mydhl.express.dhl → Manage Shipments → Shipment History.

    Select the shipment

    Find the label and click to open it.

  3. 3

    Cancel the shipment

    Click Cancel Shipment. If a pickup is scheduled, cancel the pickup too.
