Label Crop for Android

Crop seller shipping-label PDFs to 4x6 or A4 on your phone, sort them by SKU or courier, and print. Tested on Flipkart labels; Meesho and Amazon support is in testing. Made by ShippingLabel.co. Works offline.

How it works

  1. 1. Open the label PDF

    Download the labels from your seller panel as usual. Tap Share on the PDF and pick Label Crop, or open it from inside the app. You can open several files at once.

  2. 2. Labels are found and cropped

    The app finds each shipping label on the page and cuts it away from the tax invoice. It reads the page itself (the blank space, the dashed cut line, the “Tax Invoice” heading), so it also works on scanned or image-only PDFs.

  3. 3. Pick paper, order and invoices

    Print one label per 4x6 thermal sticker, or four per A4 sheet with cut lines. Keep the invoices after each label, at the end, or leave them out. Sort by SKU or by courier so packing goes faster.

  4. 4. Print or share

    Print through Android printing, or share the PDF (or one image per label) to your Bluetooth label printer's own app, WhatsApp or Drive.

Questions

Which marketplaces does it work with?

It is tested on Flipkart label PDFs (label above the tax invoice, separated by a dashed line). Meesho and Amazon label PDFs are in testing and not confirmed yet — if one does not crop well, email it to us and we will add it. Labels that don't match a known layout are flagged so you can check them, and you can print the full page instead.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The PDF is read and cropped on your phone. The app has no account and no server for your labels, and it works without internet.

Is it free?

Yes, up to 10 labels a day. Label Crop Pro removes the daily limit and adds sorting by SKU or courier and the pick list. Pro is billed by Google Play in rupees; you can cancel any time in Google Play.

Will the barcode still scan?

Labels are re-drawn at 300 dpi in pure black and white, which is what thermal printers print. In our tests every Code 128 barcode and QR code on the cropped labels decoded at both 203 dpi and 300 dpi.

Can it print straight to my Bluetooth thermal printer?

Not directly yet. Use “Share PDF” or “Share as images” and choose your printer's app, or use Android printing if your printer has a print service.

Label Crop app privacy policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026. This section covers the Label Crop Android app only; the website has its own privacy policy.

Your label files stay on your phone.PDFs you open are read and cropped on the device. They are not uploaded to us or anyone else. Copies the app makes while working are kept in the app's private cache, which Android can clear at any time. Files you share or save go only where you send them.

No account, no ads, no analytics. The app does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts or camera, and contains no advertising or analytics SDK.

Stored on the device: your print settings (paper, invoices, order) and a count of labels cropped today, used for the free daily limit.

Purchases. Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Google Play. To check whether Pro is active, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives a random app user ID, your purchase receipts from Google Play and basic device information (such as Android version and country). We do not receive your payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

The app is meant for businesses and adults, not for children.

Delete your Label Crop data

  1. Data on your phone(print settings, today's label count, cached copies of label files): uninstall Label Crop, or open Android Settings › Apps › Label Crop › Storage › Clear storage. This deletes it immediately.
  2. Purchase data held by RevenueCat (random app user ID and Google Play purchase receipts): email support@shippinglabel.co with the subject "Delete my Label Crop data" and the Google Play order number (GPA.…) from your purchase receipt. We delete the customer record in RevenueCat within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is kept: Google keeps its own record of Play purchases (orders, refunds) under Google's policies, and we keep payment records only as long as tax law requires. Label files are never sent to us, so there is nothing of them to delete on our side.
